Since 1993 we have been trying to reach the excellence in the field of restauration. A lot of things have changed since then, but some fundamental rules must ever be the same for us: quality, professionality and attention. High quality in our choices for the raw materials, professionality in the realisation of dishes and attention for every kind of need of our Guests. We are sure that an important event like a wedding banquet must be done in a place so elegant and bright like our Hotel Cà Brugnera.
The Menù
Some basics rules:
The menù for groups must consider 2 fundamental aspects; it must be appreciated from the more guests as possible, and the dishes must be easily served at a significative number of Guests
The menù for wedding banquet must respect these rules too; here, at Hotel Cà Brugnera you can choose between a wide variety of proposals, different for each season, for their price and for the ispiration of dishes
The service is tipically Italian (the dishes are preparated in the kitchen, not served in the dining room by our waitresses) and this is the reason why our dishes can be served in a better way, in fact we can decorate them with, for example, a tiny flower or a nice decoration on the border.
Cà Brugnera offers oft a menù with a price all inclusive and this is a clearly way, how to calculate everything about your celebration. We believe that “all inclusive” means that your celebrations will develop in the better way, without the addition of other costs ( flowers, wines, drinks, the printing of the menù,..)

You must know that we can offer you many different solutions to satisfy all kind of of requests:
- The restaurant "Campiello" can contain 150 people with its exterior veranda, which can be used in the beatiful summer evenings for your aperitif;
- Giglio dining room has an exterior garden, easily to be reached, and it can contain till 300 person.
